Summer 2010 Schedule Changes
We are planning a couple of changes for the summer. Restorative classes and a Mysore class are begin added. See the lineup here.
New 2010 Schedule
We are now offering Sunday morning and Rocket vinyasa classes!
Christmas and New Years Schedule
December 18th 2009
We will be closed on December 25th for Christmas.
On January 1st, we will have a 75 minute noon class.
All other classes are as scheduled.
New schedule takes effect on 1/4/2010
