Yoga for the Seasoned Body™ is a style of yoga for bodies that have passed through many seasons of life and, therefore, my be challenged due to stiff joints, aching backs, less balance and weakness in general. It is taught with emphasis on alignment, gentle stretching, support by using belts, blocks and bolsters. Yoga for the Seasoned Body™ helps students reconnect with their body to unravel tightness, strengthen weak areas, regain youthful posture while finding and reconnecting with ones balance.
